Find a bankruptcy attorney who specializes in bankruptcy in your practice area. They should maintain a list of dealerships in the area that help people in bankruptcy. These dealerships should be familiar with the process for seeking court approval in your area. They should also have lenders that work with their financing department to assist people during or after a bankruptcy.

If you are in a bankruptcy or just got out of a bankruptcy, you are probably wondering what you should expect to pay in interest. In my experience, the average rate of interest on one of these loans is generally between 12-17%.
